Products can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt by registered mail at the buyers expense.

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace damaged items where possible and issue a refund if not.

If damage happens to an artwork at a framers, please ask them to contact us directly and we will try to work with them to get you a replacement where possible.
