WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

EU

For shipments to the EU we will aim to ship orders from the studio in Italy. This could take a few more days as we might have to bring artworks with us physically from the UK and this could depend on predetermined dates. 

We might still ship from the UK but will minimise any customs duties.

USA

Most artworks are imported into the USA without tariffs or import duties, subject to customs classification.

Should any import charges apply, we will do everything we can to minimise these. For orders over £500, we aim to absorb such costs wherever reasonably possible, so you can purchase with confidence.

We typically ship your items out within 1-4 days. In busy times this might take slightly longer. If a lead time is mentioned on an artwork, we will aim to ship it by or before the time stated.

Should you need an item by a certain date we can sometimes work miracles- just ask.

Shipping is free if the value of your order is £95 or over and £150 or over for international collectors.

We always ship by recorded mail/courier. We do not always send the tracking number for UK orders as the item will arrive before we have time to enter it into the system. It is however available.

UK buyers: If you haven't received your item within 2 days after getting our 'shipped email', please get in touch. 

International buyers: You will be able to follow your order via a tracking number, however please get in touch if you haven't received it after 7 days.
