WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, brokerage charges and other charges may apply, depending on the destination country, the nature and value of the artwork, and the applicable customs classification. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or delivery costs and may be payable by the customer.
EU deliveries
For deliveries to the European Union, we aim to dispatch orders from our studio in Italy wherever possible. This may add a few days to the dispatch time, as artworks may need to be brought physically from the United Kingdom to Italy on predetermined studio dates. In some cases, we may still dispatch orders from the United Kingdom, but we will seek to minimise customs duties and import charges wherever reasonably possible.
USA deliveries
Many artworks may qualify for duty-free or preferential treatment when imported into the United States, depending on their classification and the applicable customs rules. We will do everything reasonably possible to minimise any import charges that apply. For orders over £500, we aim to absorb such costs wherever reasonably possible, so you can purchase with confidence. This is not a guarantee that all duties, taxes or other import charges will be waived or covered by us.
Other international deliveries
For other international destinations, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, brokerage charges and other charges imposed by the destination country, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing or stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays arising from customs clearance procedures, although we will endeavour to assist where reasonably possible.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable import charges and the order is returned to us, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to deduct reasonable costs incurred as a result, including return shipping, storage, customs and administrative charges, from any refund due.
We typically ship your items out within 1-4 days. In busy times this might take slightly longer. If a lead time is mentioned on an artwork, we will aim to ship it by or before the time stated.
Should you need an item by a certain date we can sometimes work miracles- just ask.
Shipping is free if the value of your order is £95 or over and £150 or over for international collectors.
We always ship by recorded mail/courier. We do not always send the tracking number for UK orders as the item will arrive before we have time to enter it into the system. It is however available.
UK buyers: If you haven't received your item within 2 days after getting our 'shipped email', please get in touch.
International buyers: You will be able to follow your order via a tracking number, however please get in touch if you haven't received it after 7 days.
